Purchasing Manager - Packaging (Thepharak Branch) / English Interview

1. Planning and Control

• Manage the purchasing performance of the responsible product group
• Manage sourcing, initiate, implement, and monitor Cost Saving projects within the department
• Manage purchasing strategies to ensure safety stock, reduce costs, and reduce risks
• Manage Supplier performance, such as Supplier KPI, SPE, Visit/Audit, Supplier Score Card
• Manage the annual department budget and expenses

1. Operations

• Review and approve purchases
• Control purchasing with vendors/suppliers to ensure products meet specifications
• Review and approve sourcing and the creation of Supplier profiles in the system
• Review and approve Supplier selection according to the process (RFI, RFQ, Q-Round, Awards, Contract)
• Develop purchasing processes and Supplier management
• Review and approve the Approved Vendor List
• Participate in negotiations with Suppliers and cost analysis
• Develop purchasing team personnel towards professional purchasing

Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in purchasing management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics Knowledge of purchasing Ability to analyze product cost structures Knowledge of international purchasing Experience in purchasing strategy Experience in supplier management Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
