Your tasks

Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team. Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to foreman. Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability. Arrange necessary work permits before starting work. Provide technical advice to technicians to use proper tools and equipment. Coordinate with operations, maintenance planning, and technical departments to execute and complete the job. Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained. Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings. Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines. Conduct toolbox talk before commencing work. Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards. Encourage reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts. Participate in safety audits. Attend safety and technical training as scheduled.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ experience in oil and gas maintenance with high school education. Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil and gas maintenance with diploma. Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the work. Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of oil and gas facilities. Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills. Proven leadership skills with large organizations. Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems. Ability to achieve business results working in a multicultural environment.
