Identifying open positions in coordination with department managers.

Creating requisitions.

Screening CVs as per job description requirements.

Arranging interviews with candidates.

Issuing offers and verifying documents.

Experience in Workday.

Experience of dealing with overseas agencies.

Tracking complete recruitment project-wise.

Experience in campaigns and bulk hiring.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience.
