Position Overview
KBR is looking for a Head of Planning and Scheduling to provide control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities related to routine maintenance for all operational areas, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance carried out by contractors.
Responsibilities
Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions.
Prepare long-term maintenance plans.
Ensure effective use of efficient maintenance systems like CMMS.
Monitor and collect data from systems for management review.
Provide solutions for optimization of resources.
Provide inputs for preparation of maintenance budgets for all plants.
Review actual versus budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary actions to minimize deviations.
Prepare monthly reports highlighting work plans, major activities completed, and attend regular maintenance department meetings.
Monitor maintenance planning section KPIs against targets.
Review and present manpower planning.
Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance departments for planning-related issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas maintenance with a diploma.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas maintenance with a bachelor degree.
Supervision and leadership skills in the oil and gas maintenance planning field.
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
Strategic thinking and openness to new ideas.
Ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
