8. SENIOR ADVISOR 2 – CORRESPONDENT – IN THE CLINICAL INSTITUTE FOR TRANSFUSION MEDICINE AND TRANSPLANTATION BIOLOGY
Requirements:
•completed university graduate studies or university integrated undergraduate and graduate studies or professional graduate studies or specialist professional graduate studies in the field of social or humanities, •knowledge of the English language, •knowledge of computer work, •4 years of work experience.
With the application to the competition, the following must be attached: •CV, •copies: diploma, proof of knowledge of the English language, proof of knowledge of computer work, proof of work experience.
The employment relationship is established for an indefinite period, subject to a probationary period of six months.

The deadline for submitting applications to the competition is 8 days from the day of publication on the website and notice board of KBC Zagreb and the Croatian Employment Service.
Only a person who submits a timely and regular application to the competition and meets the formal requirements of the competition shall be considered a candidate.
A regular application is one that contains all data and attachments, i.e., evidence of fulfilling the requirements. Untimely and irregular applications will not be considered.
If a candidate attaches documents with the application in which personal data are not identical, they are obliged to also provide proof of their change (a copy of a marriage or gender certificate).
Work experience is considered the time a worker spent performing certain jobs in the profession, in accordance with the completed professional qualification.
We ask candidates to accurately state the serial number and title of the job position for which they are applying in their application.
If applying for more than one job position, a separate application with the accompanying documentation must be submitted for each individual job position.
Calls for interviews will be published on the website of Klinički bolnički centar Zagreb https://www.kbc-zagreb.hr/.
Before making a selection decision, candidates who meet the formal requirements according to the Director's Decision may be tested for the purpose of verifying knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for performing the tasks of the job position for which they are applying.
Notifications of the competition results will be published on the website of KBC Zagreb https://www.kbc-zagreb.hr/ and on the notice board of KBC Zagreb at the headquarters of the Institution.
A candidate who exercises the right of advantage in employment under equal conditions according to special regulations is obliged to attach all prescribed documentation.
A candidate who can exercise the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and their family members (NN 121/17, 98/19, 84/21, 156/23) as well as a candidate who can exercise the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Article 48 of the Act on Civil Victims of the Homeland War (NN 84/21) is obliged, along with the application to the competition, to attach, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, all necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843.
If a candidate who invokes the right of advantage according to the Act on the Protection of Military and Civil War Disabled Persons (NN 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 94/01, 103/03, 148/13, 98/19) for exercising advantages during employment under equal conditions applies to the competition, they are obliged to attach to the application evidence of meeting the competition requirements, as well as other evidence of meeting the requirements from Articles 6, 7, 8, and 48 of the said Act.
If a candidate who invokes the right of advantage according to the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (NN 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) for exercising advantages during employment under equal conditions applies to the competition, they are obliged to attach to the application evidence of meeting the competition requirements, as well as other evidence of meeting the requirements from Article 9 of the said Act – proof of recognized status of a person with a disability.
The terms used in this competition, which have a gender meaning, refer equally to both female and male gender, and according to the Act on Gender Equality (NN 82/08, 125/11, 20/12, 138/12, 69/17), persons of both genders may apply to this competition.
By submitting an application to the competition, candidates give consent to KBC Zagreb, as the data controller, to collect, use, and further process the submitted personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data.
