6. SENIOR ADVISOR 2 - HEAD OF OFFICE – IN THE CLINIC FOR CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

Requirements:

• completed university graduate study or university integrated undergraduate and graduate study or professional graduate study or specialist professional graduate study in the field of social or humanistic sciences,
• knowledge of one foreign language,
• knowledge of computer work,
• 4 years of work experience.

The application for the competition must include:

• curriculum vitae,
• transcripts: diploma, proof of knowledge of one foreign language, proof of knowledge of computer work, proof of work experience.

The employment relationship is established for a fixed period, as a replacement for an absent worker, subject to a probationary period of 30 days.

Applications for the competition are to be submitted in writing to the address: Klinički bolnički centar Zagreb, Zagreb, Ulica Mije Kišpatića 12 „za natječaj za (state the serial number and title of the job position to which the candidate is applying)“

The deadline for submitting applications for the competition is 8 days from the day of publication on the website and the notice board of KBC Zagreb and the Croatian Employment Service.

Only a person who submits a timely and regular application for the competition and meets the formal requirements of the competition shall be considered an applicant. A regular application is one that contains all data and attachments, i.e., proof of fulfillment of requirements. Untimely and irregular applications will not be considered.

If a candidate attaches documents with the application in which personal data are not identical, they are obliged to also provide proof of their change (a copy of a marriage or birth certificate).

Work experience is considered the time a worker spent performing specific jobs in the profession, in accordance with completed professional qualifications.

We ask candidates to accurately state the serial number and title of the job position for which they are applying in their application. If applying for more than one job position, a separate application with the accompanying documentation must be submitted for each individual job position.

Calls for interviews will be published on the website of Klinički bolnički centar Zagreb https://www.kbc-zagreb.hr/.

Before making a selection decision, candidates who meet the formal requirements according to the Director's Decision may be tested for the purpose of verifying knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for performing the tasks of the job position for which they are applying.

Notifications of the competition results will be published on the website of KBC Zagreb https://www.kbc-zagreb.hr/ and on the notice board of KBC Zagreb at the headquarters of the Institution.

A candidate who exercises the right of advantage in employment under equal conditions according to special regulations is obliged to attach all prescribed documentation.

A candidate who can exercise the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and their family members (NN 121/17, 98/19, 84/21, 156/23) and a candidate who can exercise the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Article 48 of the Act on Civil Victims of the Homeland War (NN 84/21, 13/26) is obliged, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, to attach all necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843.

If a candidate who invokes the right of advantage according to the Act on the Protection of War Disabled and Civilian Victims of War (NN 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 94/01, 103/03, 148/13, 98/19) applies for the competition to exercise the advantage during employment under equal conditions, they are obliged to attach to the application proof of meeting the competition requirements, as well as other evidence of meeting the requirements from Articles 6, 7, 8, and 48 of the said Act.

If a candidate who invokes the right of advantage according to the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (NN 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) applies for the competition to exercise the advantage during employment under equal conditions, they are obliged to attach to the application proof of meeting the competition requirements, as well as other evidence of meeting the requirements from Article 9 of the said Act – proof of recognized status of a person with a disability.

Expressions used in this competition that have a gender meaning refer equally to both female and male gender, and according to the Act on Gender Equality (NN 82/08, 125/11, 20/12, 138/12, 69/17), persons of both genders may apply for this competition.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1. (b) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679), and is carried out for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure. Personal data are collected directly from the candidates. KBC Zagreb, as the controller of personal data, collects, uses, and processes the submitted personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure in accordance with the stated regulations and regulations governing the protection of personal data.
