Summer season 2027 | Skiathos, Greece Kassandra Bay Collection comprises three distinctive hotels in Skiathos: Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa, KB Ammos Boutique Hotel, and Aether Hotel. Your tasks
The waiter/waitress is an important member of our team who is a friendly, attentive professional to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. We believe that every role matters and that people perform at their best in a workplace built on respect, trust, and teamwork.
- Welcome guests, present menus and explain dishes, ingredients and portion sizes.
- Recommend food and drinks, and communicate allergy information clearly to the kitchen.
- Take accurate orders through the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, checking presentation and cleanliness before service.
- Prepare and reset tables, keep the dining area tidy and clear used dishes safely.
- Present bills, collect payments, respond to guest concerns and follow food safety procedures.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude, a strong team spirit, and the desire to learn and grow. We offer a positive working environment where every team member has the opportunity to develop their skills and make a meaningful contribution.
- A high school diploma and at least one year of similar experience, preferably at a four- or five-star hotel; a hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and POS/PDA ordering systems; familiarity with HIT WebPos is an advantage.
- Strong guest service, communication and organizational skills, a professional manner and the ability to work well during busy periods.
