Kassandra Bay Collection Reservations Agent Season 2027 | Athens & Skiathos, Greece Kassandra Bay Collection comprises three distinctive hotels in Skiathos : Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa, KB Ammos Boutique Hotel, and Aether Hotel . Each has its own character, while all share the same philosophy: personal care, high-quality service, and genuine hospitality. The Reservations Agent is an important member of our team, handling enquiries and bookings with accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail. The role works closely with the Reservations Manager and Front Office teams. We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude, a strong team spirit, and the desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providing information about room availability, rates, packages, and amenities, and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements. Accurately input reservation details into the hotel’s reservation system, including guest information, room preferences, special requests, and payment details, ensuring completeness and correctness of reservation records. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates, room types, or special accommodations, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention. Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests during the reservation process, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue for the hotel. Confirm reservations with guests via email or phone, providing confirmation details, reservation policies, and relevant information to ensure guests have all necessary information for their upcoming stays. Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to coordinate room assignments, special requests, and guest preferences, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out. Address guest concerns or issues related to reservations, such as discrepancies, cancellations, or special requests, and work with relevant departments to resolve problems promptly and satisfactorily. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management. Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism and Travel, or other related field. At least 2 years working experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English both written and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset) Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software (Protel preferred) Knowledge of OTAs and other hotel related systems will be considered an asset Attention to details and able to prioritize tasks Strong communication skills Recognize that achieving exceptional guest service necessitates embodying values such as empathy, a customer-centric approach, and cultural sensitivity. Self – motivated and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge. Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
