The Night Auditor/Front Office Agent is an important member of our managing overnight front desk operations and financial procedures with reliability, accuracy, and a strong focus on guest service. Responsibilities Welcome guests arriving overnight and manage check-ins, check-outs and room assignments. Review front office transactions, post charges and reconcile accounts and cash receipts. Process payments, invoices, discounts and vouchers, and prepare accurate overnight reports and handover notes. Respond to guest inquiries, requests and emergencies calmly and professionally during the night shift. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and accurate guest and financial records. Requirements A degree in hospitality, accounting or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a four- or five-star hotel. Excellent spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage. Confident use of Microsoft Office and hotel management software; Protel experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication and organization skills, with a professional and discreet approach to working independently overnight. What we offer Accommodation and meals.
