Your tasks
The Beach Services Attendant is an important member of our team, providing friendly, attentive, and professional service while ensuring guests are well cared for and supporting the smooth delivery of food and beverage service on the beach.
- Welcome guests and help them settle comfortably in the beach area.
- Set up and maintain umbrellas, loungers and other beach furniture, keeping the area clean and safe.
- Present the menu, answer questions about dishes and ingredients, and pass allergy information to the service team.
- Take accurate food and drink orders through the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve orders, present bills and collect payments promptly and courteously.
- Clear used towels and waste, report damage or incidents, and follow beach health and safety procedures.
Requirements

- A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably at a four- or five-star hotel; a hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS/PDA ordering systems, especially HIT WebPos, and knowledge of beach safety procedures.
- Strong guest service and communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to stay organized during busy periods.
