The ideal candidate will be great at sales and customer friendly with a great personality. Have experience in preparing cost estimates for labour and materials, responding to RFPs and tenders, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and tenders with accurate and competitive estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and/ or materials, and other project-related expenses.
• Track progress and quality of work being performed by subcontractors, suppliers and field trades.
• Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, and owners, contractors, and subcontractors, as well as make changes and Adjustments to cost estimates.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Have strong Computer and Technology Knowledge as it relates to MS Excel MS Word Xactimate Auto CAD OST software and project management tools. Experience in project size estimating from $0 - $4,000,000.00.

• Wage is $30.00 to 40.00, based on experience.
