Responsibilities Review architectural plans to determine and prepare accurate quantity requirements for materials Estimate material quantities and associated costs to support project budgeting Prepare contracts and related documentation to formalize project agreements Set and manage budgets for payments, inventory, and material procurement to ensure financial control Analyze costs related to maintenance and additional building needs to optimize resource allocation Estimate project timelines by assessing task durations and dependencies to support scheduling Provide timely and clear project information to clients to maintain transparency and trust Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and keep projects on track toward completion
