会计岗位职责 / AccountingResponsibilities

1. 审批合同、付款流程、审核银行端付款。

Approve contracts and payment workflows, review bankpayments.

1. 整理发票、核对银行对账单、公司全盘业务记账处理。

Sort out invoices, reconcile bank statements, and conductfull‑set bookkeeping for the company.

1. 出具月度财务报表、费用明细报表、各项税费申报及缴纳。

Prepare monthly financial statements and expensebreakdown reports; file and pay all relevant taxes.

1. 与审计师、其他中介机构沟通，协助提供相关财务资料;财务档案管理。

Liaise with auditors and other intermediaries, assist inproviding relevant financial documents; manage financial archives.

人力资源岗位职责 / HR Responsibilities

1. 负责每月全员薪资核算，精准按月申报缴纳员工 CPF、SDL；负责整理员工年度 IR8A 个税表单，完成年度个税线上申报全流程工作。

Conduct monthlypayroll calculation for all employees; accurately file and contributeemployees’ CPF and SDL monthly. Compile annual IR8A tax forms for employees andcomplete the full online annual tax filing process.

1. 精通新加坡 MOM 人力部劳工、税务、公积金等人力政策，负责 EP、One Pass 工作准证申请、跟进与注销工作；配合做好外籍员工人事合规对接工作。

Be proficient inSingapore MOM policies including labour regulations, taxation and CPF schemes.Handle application, follow‑up and cancellation of EP and One Pass work passes;ensure HR compliance for foreign employees

1. 熟悉新加坡各类法定假期等人力政策，负责陪产假、服兵役假等各类假期申请、补贴核对与流程跟进；

Be familiar withSingapore statutory leave policies. Process applications for paternity leave,NS leave and other types of leave; verify allowances and follow up on relevantprocedures.

1. 负责办公室日常运营与行政事务性工作。

Manage daily officeoperations and administrative affairs.

任职要求 / Job Requirements：

1. 本科以上学历，财务专业或人力资源等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring inFinance, Human Resources or related fields.

1. 新加坡籍或持新加坡永居身份的人员；

Singapore citizen or Singapore PR holder

1. 在新加坡有1-3年会计和人力资源岗位工作经验优先考虑；

1–3 years of working experience inaccounting and HR roles in Singapore is preferred

1. 具备优秀的中文、英文口语沟通和写作能力；

Excellent oral and written communicationskills in both Chinese and English.

1. 做事认真仔细，数据严谨，责任心强，沟通表达顺畅，执行力强。

Meticulous with strong attention to dataaccuracy, highly responsible, good communication skills and strong executioncapability.
