Operations Generalist & Designer

What you will do

Plan and coordinate photobooth setups, event logistics, and on-site operations

Manage bookings, vendor relationships, and day-to-day scheduling

Design photo templates, overlays, and branded print/digital assets

Troubleshoot on the fly — equipment, timing, client requests — and keep events running smoothly

Bring fresh ideas to how we run events and present ourselves to clients

Take pride and ownership in the experiences we create

What we are looking for

Experience in operations, event coordination, or a similar hands-on role

Decent technical skills and open attitude towards learning

Solid design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)

A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly

Calm and steady under pressure, without losing warmth with clients or teammate

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

Based in or able to work from Nairobi, with flexibility for evening/weekend events
