We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established national professional services organisation in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience, or a driven administrator looking to build a career within recruitment.

This role is based in Birmingham City Centre, offering £30,00O, a 3-month FTC with the potential to go permanent. This position is hybrid, working 2/3 days in the office on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Managing diaries and recruitment inboxes
  • Speaking with candidates and responding to queries
  • Supporting CV screening and recruitment administration
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
  • Helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish
