Showroom Assistant – Luxury Design Firm – London - £30,000 - £34,000 + bonus
Boutique design showroom in central London are currently recruiting a confident, personable, ambitious Showroom Assistant.
A pivotal role as you will ensure the showroom runs smoothly, enhancing product displays and improving the showroom experience for clients at all times. You will be the first point of contact for HNWCs very much acting as an ambassador, understanding client needs, developing a rapport, providing a personalised client experience and assisting with bespoke design projects. You will also assist with client events, online orders and enquiries, updating the Salesforce CRM with contacts and prospective clients to assist with tracking and business development.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a premium luxury brand, interior design or showroom sales, exceptional client interaction skills, French is beneficial but not essential, a committed, results driven, client centric mind-set is key along with a consultative approach.
The role is office based 5 days full time, hours are 9:30am – 6pm, benefits include annual sales bonuses, health insurance and 50% towards your travel costs.
