Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work closely with theconsultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of Plumbing &Sanitary installation work to meet the project schedule.
- To supervise and ensure works are inaccordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare correspondence reports,suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to bestpractice when applicable.
- Responsible for keeping daily workrecord, including additional work claim to the clients and from thesubcontracts.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above inEnvironmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, WaterResources / Hydrology, Building Services Engineering, or other relatedengineering disciplines.
- Basic understanding of Plumbing &Sanitary / drainage systems, engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Be able to work independently withminimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
