Sales Order Handling & Logistics Specialist

Kassow Robots is a Danish company that develops and manufactures unique 7-axis collaborative robots for a wide range of industrial applications. Since 2022, we have been part of Bosch Rexroth, a leading global automation company within the Bosch Group.

In this role, you will have a central position in our daily operations and take responsibility for the flow from customer order through production coordination, shipment and invoicing. You will work closely withcustomers, freight forwarders and colleagues across Sales, Production, Finance and Operations, as well as stakeholders within Bosch Rexroth.

In this role, you will:

• Manage customer orders from purchase order through order confirmation, delivery and invoicing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
• Coordinate order priorities, availability and delivery schedules with Sales, Production and Operations, and keep international customers updated on status and lead times;
• Plan domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, and prepare shipping, export and customs documentation;
• Handle logistics and customs for returns, repairs, warranty cases and replacement shipments, together with our Repair team;
• Support inventory management, including serial-number tracking, inventory movements and stock visibility;
• Review freight invoices, monitor logistics costs and support trade-compliance activities;
• Maintain customer, item, pricing and logistics master data, and prepare operational reports;
• Identify and implement improvements to order handling, logistics, ERP and information-flow processes.

Your profile

Ideally, you have:

• A relevant education within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience within order management, logistics, supply chain or a similar operational role;
• Experience with international transportation, freight forwarders, customs processes and import/export documentation;
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
• Fluent written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage;
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

• comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and colleagues across countries and functions;
• not afraid to investigate and solve operational issues;
• understand that getting the details right matters, whether you are confirming an order, arranging a shipment, resolving a customs issue or making sure the ERP system reflects what is actually happening operationally.
