E-commerce and Marketing Coordinator

Job duties: We are an e-commerce company soon to enter the market and are looking for our team's e-commerce and marketing coordinator, who will help keep the e-shop's daily operations running smoothly and support marketing activities using modern AI tools. This role is suitable for someone who is independent, organized, and a good communicator, and who enjoys dealing with various tasks. You do not need to be an expert in all fields – the important thing is the ability to learn quickly, notice problems, and reach solutions with the right people. Your main tasks: E-shop and customer relations management; * answering customer questions and organizing daily customer relations; * monitoring and managing AI-based customer service/chatbot operations; * noticing technical problems and reporting them; * if necessary, escalating problems to the developer or founder. Warehouse and order coordination: * communication with the warehouse and logistics partners; * coordinating orders and resolving potential problems; * ensuring the flow of information between the e-shop, warehouse, and other partners. Coordination of accounting and administrative processes: * communication with the company's accountant; * monitoring that the e-shop's finance and accounting integrations work correctly; * passing invoices and necessary information to the correct parties; * timely noting of problems or missing documents. Communication with suppliers: * daily communication with suppliers via email; * passing questions, invoices, and other documentation to the accountant, warehouse, or founder; * timely coordination of necessary information and answers. Marketing and content creation using AI: * creating blog posts and web content using AI tools; * preparing advertising texts and paid advertising campaigns using AI agents; * creating visuals for social media, the website, and advertisements using AI tools; * adapting existing content for different channels.

You are a good candidate if: * you are organized and can manage several different tasks at once; * you are independent and do not need separate instructions for every next step; * you can communicate well with both customers and partners; * you are attentive and notice if a process or integration is not working as it should; * you are interested in e-commerce and digital marketing; * you are technically savvy and learning new tools comes easily to you; * you know how to or want to learn to use AI tools to speed up daily work; * you have good written expression skills; * you know English well. Previous experience in e-commerce, marketing, customer service, or with AI tools is an advantage, but for us, the ability to learn, independence, and attitude are even more important. What is this role actually? You are the person who helps connect the different parts of our e-shop – customers, warehouse, suppliers, accounting, and marketing. We do not expect you to be an accountant, designer, marketing specialist, and technical expert all at once. We are looking for someone who knows how to coordinate processes, communicate with the right people, and use AI and other modern tools to get the job done quickly and with quality.
