Business Developmen/Sales Support Solar C&I Renewable

We are currently partnering with a leading renewable energy company that is expanding its presence across Indonesia. We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to drive business growth in both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-Scale Solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, sales pipeline, and customer database.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, RFP submissions, and contract documentation.
• Conduct market research on renewable energy trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Identify potential leads and support lead qualification activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Track project milestones and support internal reporting.
• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Support the organization of exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client visits.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Project Coordination, or Administration.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
