QC Technician

Your tasks

• Inspect new model parts during the Prototype, Trial Production, and Pilot Production stages, covering First Article Inspection (FAI) and Process Capability Analysis (CPK).

• Ensure that parts comply with design specifications and customer requirements before entering Mass Production.

• Create lists of manufactured parts and prepare standard reference samples for QC Inspectors to use as references during inspection.

• Support quality problem investigations, data analysis, and preparation of evidence for 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D Reports.

• Develop inspection methods and Inspection Work Instructions for quality inspection staff.

• Train Quality Inspectors to ensure they can inspect parts accurately according to defined standards and requirements.

• Support QE in internal audits, New Model trial production, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

1. Education: High School, Vocational Certificate, or High Vocational Certificate in a related field.
2. Experience in QA/QC or in automotive parts/electronics manufacturing plants is a plus.
3. Knowledge and skills in using precision measuring tools such as Micrometer, Vernier, Height gauge, Surface tester.
4. Basic English communication skills, especially regarding technical documents.
5. Ability to read Drawings or prepare quality reports will be considered.
6. Basic knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.
7. Understanding of document control and calibration of measuring instruments.
8. Skills in coordination, data analysis, attention to detail, and task follow-up.
