Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes, ensuring productivity, quality, and innovation.
• Manage the definition and parameterization of production processes, ensuring the technical feasibility of new products.
• Conduct continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing performance indicators to reduce losses, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.
• Coordinate the technical approval and validation of products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and market requirements.
• Evaluate and implement improvements in technologies, equipment, and layouts through technical and economic feasibility studies.
• Act in partnership with Product Engineering, PPCP, and Global Sourcing to ensure the development and industrialization of new products.
• Manage the technical activities of the chemical laboratory and spinning, ensuring support to production areas and new product development.

Requirements and qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience in people management.
• Experience within the engineering area is necessary.
• Higher Education in Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate English.
• Textile finishing processes
• Garment manufacturing flows
• Colorimetry
• Spinning processes
