Responsibilities and duties

• Plan and structure IT projects, ensuring organization, deadlines, and deliveries.
• Conduct sprint planning and agile rituals.
• Support IT strategic planning and the definition of OKRs.
• Perform backlog management, prioritization, and monitoring of deliveries.
• Coordinate status reports, quarter planning, and project governance.
• Act in the management of third parties and resources involved in projects.
• Promote the engagement of key-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
• Act in the continuous improvement of processes and projects.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum, agile frameworks, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps, resource management, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of software development will be a differentiator.
• Certifications/courses in Scrum, Product Owner, SAFe, Kanban, Project Management, or PMO will be differentiators.
• Technical English.
