Senior Category Buyer E-Commerce

Are you looking for a commercial role in which you close strong deals, translate trends into successful product assortments, and make your products visible on large e-commerce platforms? Do you have experience in negotiating and building sustainable supplier relationships? Then we are looking for you.

What will you do? -

• You determine and manage the assortment for our digital channels -
• You work closely with international suppliers, especially in China -
• You recognize trends, negotiate sharp deals, and expand our offering -
• You develop and manage a monthly innovation roadmap -
• You coordinate with our team in China and manage the full product lifecycle -
• You use tools such as Helium10, Markt Mentor, and search volume data to identify opportunities -
• You collaborate with retail category buyers and share market insights Requirements

What do you bring? -

• At least 5 years of experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, or Purchaser in retail/wholesale (non-food is a plus) -
• Strong negotiation skills - you close profitable deals without damaging relationships -
• You work data-driven and make decisions based on facts, trends, and intuition -
• Experience with suppliers in Asia (preferably China) -
• Proactive and result-oriented attitude -
• Willingness to travel (e.g., to China and international trade fairs) -
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
