Operations Crew

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The team is responsible for the physical setup and smooth execution of events. This role involves hands-on work with event infrastructure, primarily indoors, and occasional ad-hoc assignments as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Setup & Teardown

• Arrange tables, chairs, stages, carpets, and partitions according to event requirements.
• Ensure all equipment and furniture are safely and neatly installed.

Logistics Support

• Assist with moving items and handling general event logistics.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support event operations.

Workplace Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
• Follow safety protocols during setup and movement of equipment.

Requirements:

• Reliability & Punctuality : Strict adherence to scheduled timings and attendance is essential.
• Physical Readiness : Ability to lift, move, and arrange event furniture and equipment.
• Teamwork : Cooperative attitude and willingness to support colleagues in completing tasks.
• Flexibility : Openness to handle varied assignments beyond core setup duties.
