Job Description:

KARPOS is recruiting for its client, a fast-growing SME and market leader, a Project Purchasing Manager. Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will supervise a junior buyer and intervene at the heart of the company's operational activities.

Your main objective is to manage an annual purchasing budget of €3.5M distributed across three strategic families: Construction site projects: €2M: works and concrete (concrete blocks, civil engineering.) 75% of turnoverMetal structures metal 1 M€ (metal, composites, hardware, internal product)Reuse tanks and drums tanks drums: 0.5M€) (for the Containers services entity). Your missions will be: Purchasing ManagementFormalize the strategy: formalize sourcing, business allocation, negotiation of BFA, and subcontracting choices across three key families,Perform cost estimates for specific projects, negotiate rates, structure contracts, and monitor the savings plan,***Create a product plan: conduct audits, handle non-conformities, and deploy progress plans (quality, deadlines, innovation). Optimize products: rework cost prices and technical functionalities in close connection with the marketing and sales teams.

Supply Management & ERPManage the supply cycle from order to invoice control on CEGID PMI and OpenProd,Manage stock levels, refine forecasts, and configure key indicators in the ERP.

Profile Description:

With higher education (business school, Master's in purchasing, or engineering degree), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in construction, civil engineering, or industry. Mastery of project purchasing, the global purchasing cycle, and an ERP is indispensable, ideally CEGID PMI or OpenProd.Sensitive to site and technical constraints, you know how to perform complex cost estimates and secure your contracts. Autonomous, reactive, and structured, you manage stress with ease to lead several projects simultaneously.Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to build relationships and adapt your posture to all types of interlocutors, both internally and with suppliers.***A negotiator at heart, your English allows you to communicate with ease with all stakeholders.
