Part-time Sales Assistant (Corporate)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Part-Time Field Sales & Lead Generation Assistant to support our Sales Team in identifying potential business customers across Singapore.
Your main responsibility will be to visit different office, industrial and commercial areas, identify companies that operate vehicles such as cars, vans, trucks or commercial fleets, and help generate potential sales leads for our Sales Team.
This is a field-based role and will involve travelling to different locations around Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned office, industrial, commercial and business areas across Singapore.
- Identify companies that operate or manage company vehicles, vans, trucks or commercial fleets .
- Conduct basic field canvassing to identify potential business prospects.
- Take photographs of relevant vehicles or fleets where it is appropriate and permitted .
- Collect basic information about potential companies, such as: Company name/Location/ Type/ number of vehicles observed/ Industry/ business type/ Contact details, where available
- Distribute company name cards or marketing materials to potential prospects.
- Approach receptionists, office staff or relevant personnel professionally to identify the appropriate contact person.
- Record and submit leads and field findings to the Sales Team.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on activities and leads generated.
- Follow the assigned areas and guidelines provided by the Sales Team.
What We Are Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling around Singapore.
- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for taking photos, navigation and submitting information.
- Able to observe and identify commercial vehicles and potential business prospects.
- No prior sales experience is required; sales/telemarketing/field marketing experience is an advantage.
