To strengthen our team at the Creglingen location, we are looking for an immediate:

Team Leader Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Participation in the planning and implementation of the company-wide quality strategy as well as functional leadership in quality management
• Promoting quality awareness through consulting, training, and supporting employees
• Further development and continuous optimization of the quality management system
• Planning, coordination, and evaluation of the annual audit program as well as conducting audits according to DIN ISO 9001
• Management of quality assurance at the Creglingen and Winterbach locations
• Establishment, introduction, and further development of an internal quality assurance system for plant engineering based on proven methods of series production
• Participation in internal FATs as well as support for quality assessment before delivery of the systems
• Further development of supplier and incoming goods quality
• Management of complaint management including error analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective actions (e.g., 8D methodology)
• Creation of quality reports and analyses
• Establishment and further development of sustainability and compliance management
• Ensuring material compliance, especially regarding REACH and RoHS specifications as well as legal requirements

Your profile:

• Technical training with further training in quality management or a completed degree
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Good knowledge of mechanical engineering, reading technical drawings, and relevant manufacturing and processing methods (e.g., forming, machining, welding, surface treatment)
• Experience in the establishment and further development of quality assurance processes as well as in complaint management, error analysis, and corrective actions
• Structured, analytical, and careful way of working
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and pronounced leadership competence
