Warehouse Supervisor – E-commerce Fulfillment

• We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce fulfillment centre in Dubai.
• The successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, manage inbound and outbound operations, ensure inventory accuracy, monitor operational KPIs and maintain efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and fulfillment centre operations.
• Supervise teams across inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources according to operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor productivity, order accuracy and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and client-specific fulfillment requirements.
• Train, guide and manage warehouse team members.
• Manage daily warehouse activities through the WMS.
• Generate and analyse WMS reports and troubleshoot operational/system issues.
• Coordinate with management and technology teams to improve workflows.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse/fulfillment operations experience.
• Previous experience leading a fulfillment centre or e-commerce warehouse team.
• Strong hands-on WMS experience – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Proven team-management and leadership experience.
• Strong Excel and operational reporting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Important: Candidates without hands-on WMS experience and previous warehouse/fulfillment team leadership experience will not be considered.
