Eksekutif Chef
We just built a premium, beautifully renovated 7m² container cafe in Nusa Dua FOOD PARK SILICON with a fully professional modern kitchen inside, and an outdoor rotisserie chicken station. We are looking for 3 awesome All-Rounder Cafe Crew members to start immediately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in commercial kitchen
- Passionate or skilled in basic food preparation such as : delicious panini, French crepes, crispy fried snacks , monitor our signature slow-roasted chicken outside
- Capable of crafting commercial-grade espresso and preparing fresh smoothies
- Possess basic skills in using espresso machines, griddles, and deep fryers
- Operating the POS system
- Capable of active & passive English communication
- Maintain a spotless, organized, high-efficiency workspace
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and a great attitude
- Energetic, multi-skilled individual with a big passion for F&B
- Working time : - 1 shift / day ( morning shift , split shift , evening shift )
- 1 day off /week
- Based in Nusa Dua or surrounding areas
BENEFIT :
- Salary based on UMK Badung 3,8 million rupiahs
- 20.000 thousand rupiahs a day for meals ( 520.000 thousands per month)
- Sales performance bonus of 5% of total turnover ( based on performance to share between 3 staffs ) potential from 1 to 3 millions per month
