Customer Service Representative

0.25-0.5 workload

Job duties: * Professional consulting for clients and assisting in finding barefoot shoes.

• Managing goods movement and stock levels (receiving, placement, and processing for the sales floor). * If necessary, picking web orders and correctly processing returns. * Computer work: managing products in the Erply inventory program, preparing invoices, etc. * Ensuring the general order and cleanliness of the shop and storage room. * Other ongoing tasks that support the smooth operation of the shop.

• you are a quick mover, cheerful, and bold, open, and proactive in communicating with clients; * you get along well with children and find it easy to speak their language; * you have a fast learning ability and a good memory; * you want to discover what the world of barefoot shoes is like and feel a sincere interest in these shoes; * you are honest and full of initiative; * you have a good technical aptitude, can use a computer at an intermediate level, and possess English language skills at a conversational level; * good physical fitness is beneficial, as the work involves fast movement, lifting boxes, and climbing ladders.
