Your Role:

This is how you WOW Guarantee the performance of your category by defining the strategy and implementing and managing its deployment Regularly evaluate category performance by monitoring market share and sell-in evolution, control sales forecasts, and propose necessary corrective actions Ensure the achievement of profitability objectives per category Be the expert in your market and manage the relationship with German product managers regarding product portfolio management, its evolution, and the needs for new solutions Analyze the market to measure visibility, positioning, and competition, and detect new professional customer expectations and needs Set prices and ensure the update of the product database Define the annual promotional plan and ensure its deployment Ensure competitive intelligence and its reporting Ensure product compliance with current regulations on the French market Co-construct action plans with Sales based on needs and priorities Support the Sales department and KAMs during business reviews Participate in meetings with key accounts to strengthen our legitimacy Build strong arguments based on the value proposition to legitimize the Kärcher offering Work in close collaboration with the Training team to guarantee product knowledge Collaborate closely with Communication to ensure the consistency of tools with the category and the monitoring of press relations Collaborate with the after-sales service and support functions Support the Trade manager on their projects

It would be WOW if you would bring this in Holder of a BAC +3/4 Technical degree with a specialization in Product Marketing, you ideally have 3 years of experience in a similar position You have good interpersonal skills, you are as comfortable speaking as you are writing (good spelling) You have a good analytical mind and enjoy working in a team on various projects You master English (B2 Advanced level) You have technical and market knowledge and an appetite for the industrial sector Finally, if you aspire to work in a good mood, within a team full of energy and kindness, then this position is made for you!
