Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

To supervise and monitor the productivity of workers ensuring daily targets are achieved according to project schedule.

Preparation of bar bending schedule, planning and scheduling.

Coordinate and supervise all works on site and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship, requirements and safe work practices.

Plan ahead for manpower, machinery and material requirements.

Keep record of all VO works and report to PM/QS.

Attend site meeting, coordination and resolve all technical issues.

Review technical clarifications and construction drawings.

Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.

Reporting to Project Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of supervision experience in civil engineering works.

Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS).

Able to handle levelling instrument.

Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
