QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Perform quantity taking off and cost breakdown for tender. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation order to client. Identify variation works and compile supporting documents. Prepare and track project budget and costing. Prepare payment certificate and verify claims submit by subcontractor. Assist in preparing final accounts upon project completion. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Able to read, understand and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Qualifications: Min Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying. At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering.
