Biotechnologist

Job Description: Lead laboratory studies, fermentation activities, enzyme-related processes, and technical troubleshooting to ensure safe and stable production. Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and implementation of new bioprocesses and biological products into commercial manufacturing. Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and knowledge retention initiatives for fermentation, enzyme, and bioprocess activities. Ensure all bioprocess-related activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and biosafety requirements. Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. Master’s Degree is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in fermentation, biotechnology, bioprocessing, enzyme technology, biological manufacturing, or related industries. Experience in GMP manufacturing environments is preferred. Experience in technology transfer, process scale-up, process validation, or manufacturing support is preferred.
