Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
• Develop and implement production plans in line with business requirements.
• Monitor production performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize production processes and minimize waste and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead, manage, and develop the production team.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in the glass industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production teams and achieve operational targets.
