Plant Manager

KeyResponsibilities :

Lead and manage the overall plant operations, ensuring efficient and safe production.

Drive production performance, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Manage production planning and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions.

Monitor plant KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize resources, manpower, equipment, and production costs.

Lead and develop the plant team, fostering a strong performance-driven culture.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with solid experience in a Plant/Factory Management role.

Strong experience in glass manufacturing is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of production processes, maintenance, quality, and industrial operations.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
