HSE Manager

KeyResponsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Lead HSE initiatives to promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure proper waste management.
• Lead and guide the HSE team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
