Senior HSE Engineer

Lead and develop the HSE strategy across the Group’s manufacturing facilities.

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, applicable environmental regulations, and international standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Oversee plant safety audits, customer/client audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Manage fire protection systems, emergency response plans, and environmental monitoring programs.

Build a strong proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement toward a zero-accident workplace.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.

5-8 years of HSE experience in heavy or process manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Certified Advanced HSE Specialist from the Ministry of Labor.

NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma is highly preferred.

Strong experience in fire protection systems, furnace safety, and customer/client audits.
