production line owner

We are looking for a Production Line Owner to oversee the efficient operation and performance of an assigned production line, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on time.

Lead and coordinate the production team, assign tasks, and ensure effective manpower utilization.

Monitor machine performance, production output, line efficiency, downtime, and production losses.

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Ensure products meet required quality standards and coordinate with the Quality team to address quality issues.

Follow up on preventive maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste and losses.

Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency.

Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, HSE, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Prepare and analyze production performance reports and follow up on corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, HSE requirements, and production standards.

Provide coaching and guidance to production employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing, preferably within Glass, Ceramics, Heavy Industry , or other process-manufacturing industries.

Previous experience in production line supervision or production management.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Good understanding of production KPIs, line efficiency, downtime, waste, and productivity improvement.

Experience with mold design and maintenance is an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
