Join us as a Process Engineer and take the lead in driving operational excellence at our plant ( Elobour ) facility. We are looking for a bold, Experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment and is passionate about Process Improvement.

Your tasks

• Streamline Operations: Evaluate and enhance the Production Process to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
• Lean Leadership: Champion the 5S Lean Manufacturing Methodology across the production floor to foster a culture of organization and safety.
• Technical Problem Solving: Utilize your Mechanical Engineering expertise to resolve complex technical challenges within the Manufacturing Process.
• Project Management: Lead engineering projects from conception through to execution, ensuring all Engineering standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of professional experience in a Manufacturing or Production setting.
• Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Core Skills: Mastery of Process Improvement, 5S Lean Manufacturing Methodology, and Production Process optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Process design and Engineering troubleshooting.
• Career Level:Experienced* level candidate ready to drive operational excellence.
• Location: This is an On-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
