Reporting to the Director of Renewable Gas Services Western Europe, you will initially take responsibility for the business development of all our Services activities. As your responsibilities increase, your scope will progressively evolve towards the global management of the entity. You will then coordinate all services – Field Service (maintenance), Technical Support (after-sales service), Laboratory, Warehouse, Sales Administration, and support functions – in order to guarantee collective performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and the profitability of activities. Your main responsibilities Define and deploy the commercial strategy for the Services activities. Develop and retain the customer portfolio, identify new opportunities, and secure recurring sales. Support and develop the sales team, participate in strategic meetings, and lead negotiations. Progressively coordinate the different services of the entity to guarantee quality of service, customer satisfaction, and collective performance. Drive economic, operational, and HSE performance and contribute to the continuous improvement and profitability of the activity.

Your profile Higher education (Engineer, Business School, or equivalent) and proven experience in the business development of industrial services and team management. Experience in the energy, renewable gas, maintenance, or technical services sectors is appreciated. Hands-on leadership, a taste for the field, and the ability to unite and coordinate different teams and professions. Strong skills in performance management, KPI analysis, and the economic management of an activity. Fluent English (minimum B2); German is appreciated.
