Construction Support Engineer

Support the Project Construction Manager (PCM) in planning and executing construction and erection activities, ensuring HSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Prepare and review erection documentation, including drawings, lifting plans, schedules, sketches, and resource plans. Coordinate procurement of installation packages, tools, and third-party personnel required for project execution. Provide proactive support to the PCM. Travel to the site if needed for a short period only. Provide administrative and documentation support, including maintaining templates, project documentation, and business review reports.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in erection planning and execution of large industrial plant projects is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Navisworks. Understanding of HSEQ requirements, planning processes, risk identification, and problem-solving. Independent, solution-oriented professional with strong planning, communication, and English language skills.
