Project Manager (M/F)

Est Industries, in Sarralbe, is KVI's exclusive execution center for the modernization of boilers and small boiler houses in France, but it is also a leading designer and manufacturer of boilers, including associated assembly work.

Integrated within the project management department, you will manage projects in their entirety, ensuring the achievement of technical and financial objectives. Your main missions are as follows:

• Analyze the contract and define the associated risks
• Prepare the project budget based on the sales costing and the reporting sheet by lots
• Define and implement the project execution strategy in collaboration with the project team;
• Supervise and coordinate interdisciplinary teams involved in the project;
• Ensure internal and external project communication and the sharing of experience with teams and product managers;
• Monitor project progress in terms of budget and margin control and report regularly to the portfolio management via detailed reporting

With a background in civil engineering, Engineering, Process, Construction or equivalent, you have proven experience in contracting and complex project management, as well as in team management for both Green Field and Brown Field projects. Experience in the field of thermal waste treatment and/or energy recovery and/or flue gas treatment is welcome. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and project management methods. You are accustomed to working in multidisciplinary and complex environments. You are appreciated for your leadership, organizational skills, and ease of negotiation. English: B1 level
