Quality Assurance & Internal Audit Specialist

Your tasks

• Develop and update company policies, SOPs, and Quality Management System documentation.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and coordinate preparations for external audits.
• Conduct internal audits across operational and administrative departments to assess compliance and identify control gaps.
• Review ERP records and supporting documents to identify discrepancies.
• Report audit findings to the CEO and follow up on corrective actions until closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and internal process auditing, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Proven experience developing SOPs, controlling documents, conducting audits, and following up on corrective actions.
• Practical understanding of operational and administrative controls, including inventory, purchasing, production, and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
