Here is what your role entails

As our new Intern in Customer Project Electricity, you will gain hands-on experience with system integrations and customer-focused IT solutions. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of integrations across various platforms and systems.

More specifically, you will be:

Supporting the clarification, specification, implementation, and documentation of integration solutions using the OMNIA CIM Interface, Web Services (SOAP), and XML (CIM standards)

Assisting with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of platform solutions, including Windows Services and PowerShell

Troubleshooting technical issues across systems, interfaces, integrations, and MS SQL databases

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, integration specifications, and user guides

Working with customers and stakeholders to resolve integration-related challenges related to electricity meters, loggers, and associated data flows

This is an opportunity to gain insight into large scale customer IT projects and work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development. Through exposure to modern Microsoft technologies and enterprise integration solutions, you will develop both your technical competencies and your understanding of how technology creates value for customers.

As an Intern in Customer Project Electricity, you will become part of the Customer Project Engineering IT team, where you will collaborate closely with experienced specialists and project teams delivering customer solutions. You will be on equal footing with the team and contribute to projects involving system integrations, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. We are a team with a great sense of humor and characterized by knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a strong focus on continuous learning and development. We are looking for a technically curious student who is motivated to learn and develop within IT integrations and infrastructure. With a strong interest in technology and a structured approach to problem-solving, you will help support and strengthen our integration solutions.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

Are currently studying IT Technology, Data and Communications Technology, Business Engineering with a technical specialization, IT Support, or a similar IT related education

Possess knowledge of Microsoft technologies, databases, or scripting

Comfortable presenting technical topics to different audiences

Thrive in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, while also taking ownership of your own tasks and responsibilities.

Are structured, proactive and bring a positive mindset

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English, Danish is an advantage.
