Technical Account Manager (M/F)

In a context of growing challenges within the UK scope, we are looking for a new Technical Account Manager for the UK scope.

In this framework, the missions will be to:

• Train technical users at the client to make them autonomous on our platform and in the use of our API and SDK.
• Provide technical solutions to our clients' problems, notably by analyzing and contributing to the debugging/diagnosis of the JavaScript code related to our solutions, as well as investigating data discrepancies.
• Participate in client projects as the technical referent for our solutions: in close collaboration with a front-end expert and a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the proper technical supervision of the project: validation of the client brief, estimation of implementation time, and support in the realization of the project. - Present the technical architecture of our solutions during meetings with clients.
• Participate in Front-End development, mainly in JavaScript and HTML/CSS, on client projects.
