Events and Production Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote, Ontario, Canada Reports to: Head of Marketing, North America About Kameleoon Kameleoon is an A/B testing and experimentation platform used by marketing and product teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations. The company has more than 250 employees across seven countries and is expanding its presence in North America. Our remote-first North American team is based primarily in Ontario. The role You will run the operations behind our events and content programs. You will manage the production of webinars, podcasts, and videos from setup to publication, and handle the logistics of in-person events from venue selection to post-event follow-up. This is an operational role: you make sure every planned event and recording happens on time, on budget, and without friction for speakers and attendees. Who you are Rigorous: you check every detail, from a speaker's audio levels to a catering headcount, and nothing ships until it meets your standard.
Creative: you bring a strong editorial eye to how an episode is cut or how a video tells its story.
Organized: you manage many projects and vendors at once without losing track of deadlines or budgets.
You follow up with vendors and guests until every detail is confirmed.
What you will do Webinar production Set up and manage webinars on our hosting platform, including registration, speaker briefings, rehearsals, and live moderation.
Edit recordings and publish replays.
Podcast production Schedule guests, prepare recording sessions, and manage the recording setup.
Edit, mix, and master episodes, then publish them across distribution platforms.
Video production Coordinate filming for customer stories, event recordings, and short-form content.
Edit videos for web and social channels, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics where needed.
Content RAD (Record, Atomize, Distribute) Review every webinar, podcast, and video recording to identify the strongest moments.
Cut those moments into short clips, audiograms, and quote cards for social, email, and web.
Build and maintain a searchable library of the best clips, quotes, and extracts, tagged by speaker, topic, and persona.
Work with our content specialist to select the best channels and timing for each asset, and deliver finished clips and extracts ready for publication on social media, newsletters, and the blog.
Event logistics Plan and manage in-person events, including venue, catering, AV, travel, and shipping.
Create registration landing pages and send invitations.
Manage attendee lists, confirmations, and on-site check-in.
Coordinate booth setup and materials for conferences we attend.
Vendor management Source, brief, and manage vendors such as venues, caterers, AV providers, and printers.
Negotiate quotes, track budgets, and process invoices.
Typical program volume The figures below are indicative averages and may change from year to year. One webinar per month.
Two podcast episodes per month.
Two to four user conferences per year, with 30 to 50 attendees each.
One flagship onsite event in North America per year.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, event management, or a related field.
Two to three years of experience in event management, content production, or marketing operations.
Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for video editing.
Advanced proficiency in Logic Pro or an equivalent professional audio workstation for audio editing and mixing.
A portfolio of edited video and audio work, submitted with your application.
Experience running webinars on SaaS platforms.
Experience managing event vendors and budgets.
Strong written communication in English.
Strong assets Experience in a B2B SaaS company, a marketing agency, or a production studio.
Experience with HubSpot for landing pages, registrations, and email invitations.
Experience with remote recording setups for podcasts and interviews.
Nice to have Experience with Asana and Notion for project management and documentation.
Working knowledge of Claude or other AI tools for transcription, show notes, and content repurposing.
Location and eligibility Based in Ontario, with a preference for the Greater Toronto Area or the Ottawa region.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Available to travel within North America for events.
