Gardener – Daily Worker (Bali)

Requirments :

• Minimum education: Senior High School
• Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or in a similar position is preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment, especially a 4–5 star hotel, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, landscaping, watering, pruning, planting, and weeding.
• Able to use gardening tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Basic knowledge of fertilizers and plant treatments is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good grooming, attitude, and communication skills.
• Has a positive attitude and a hospitality mindset.
• Able to maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and beauty of the hotel's garden and landscape areas.
