Your tasks
Main Activities
- Recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Management of new hires and the smooth onboarding process into the company.
- Checking and entering data and work schedules into ERGANI and the SoftOne software and maintaining records.
- Monitoring employee leaves (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) and declaration in ERGANI.
- Monitoring the correct maintenance of the Digital Work Card.
- Organizing and maintaining employee benefits records.
- Managing employee inquiries regarding payroll or other labor matters.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Identifying personnel training needs and finding suitable programs/internal training to cover them.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in companies with a large number of employees.
- University/Technical Institute degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management is desirable.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent knowledge of English at written and spoken levels.
- Excellent knowledge of IT and MS Office programs.
